Less than 48 hours to go until the HERO Südtirol Dolomites: are you ready for the challenge?
Dear HEROes,
The wait is almost over: the HERO Südtirol Dolomites is about to ignite the Dolomites. In less than 48 hours, the curtain will rise on the most spectacular race of the season, the fourth round of the HERO UCI Marathon World Cup 2026, ready to deliver unforgettable emotions among the peaks of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites.
The action begins on Friday, 12 June at 4:00 PM with the HERO Press Meeting, an event open to everyone who wants to get closer to the stars of the UCI World Cup. Taking the stage will be some of the most anticipated athletes, ready to share what it truly means to take on a race like the HERO Dolomites: the training, the sacrifices, and the mental strength that makes all the difference when the trail stops showing mercy.
Among them will be the new leader of the UCI World Cup standings, David Valero Serrano (Klimatiza Orbea Team), who on the HERO trails will have to keep an eye on mountain bike legend Leonardo Paez (Lee Cougan Basso Factory Racing), an eight-time winner here in the Dolomites and his teammate Dario Cherchi.
Also present will be the standout rider of this season, Anna Weinbeer (KTM Spada powered by Brenta Brakes), who claimed the leader's jersey in Costa Blanca and has held onto it ever since. Joining her will be Natalia Fischer (Extremadura Ecopilas), who has steadily consolidated her second place in the overall standings race after race, as well as Swedish vice national champion Amanda Bohlin.
