The 2026 Capoliveri Legend Cup’s programme – dive in!

The countdown to the start of the 2026 Capoliveri Legend Cup has started. Just over a month separates us from the 2026 HERO UCI Cross-country Marathon World Cup’s second round, which will take place on Saturday, 9 May in Capoliveri, Tuscany.

A thrilling programme awaits, and it will kick off on Friday, 8 May at 16:00 with the HERO Race Talk, where we’ll speak with some of the UCI World Cup podium hopefuls. It will be a great moment to listen to anecdotes and episodes which aren’t normally shared in the race reports. Our four SuperHEROes will let us in on their impressions and feelings about everything MTB marathon – tune in to our next newsletters to find out who will be the cyclists taking part in the Race Talk!

The second event takes place the following day and is, of course, the Capoliveri Legend Cup: it will start on 9 May at 8:30 on Viale Italia in Capoliveri. The first to start will be the Elite Men category followed by the Elite Women, Masters, and amateurs – these last two categories can choose the Elite’s “long” 74 km and 2,600 hm route or the 45 km and 1,600 hm option.

The fans will gather on Viale Italia at 11.50 to greet the podium winners of the Elite Men, followed around 40 minutes later by the Elite Women and Master. The Capoliveri Legend Cup prize giving ceremony will take place at 12:45, marking the end of the 2026 HERO UCI Marathon World Cup’s second round.
