THE HEART OF THE PYRENEES, THE HEART OF THE SEASON: ROUND #3 OF THE 2026 HERO UCI MARATHON WORLD CUP IS READY TO BEGIN!

Dear HEROes,

can you feel the call of the mountains? Real mountains, of course - like the Pyrenees. The air gets thinner, the intensity rises and the HERO UCI Cross-country Marathon World Cup is ready to deliver another spectacular high-altitude race weekend in the breathtaking mountain chain dividing Spain and France.

In just a few days, hundreds of bikers will line up at Naturland Andorra, ready to unleash their watts on the dirt trails crossing the Principality of Andorra.

The show begins on Sunday, 31 May. At 8:30 am, the Elite Men’s race will start from the Naturland Bike Center, followed by the Elite Women, Master License and amateur categories. Awaiting them is a demanding and spectacular course to be completed three times, for a total of 64 kilometres and 2,239 metres of elevation gain - a challenge made of leg-burning climbs and technical trails requiring both skill and focus.

The first riders of the men’s race are expected to reach the finish line at the Naturland Bike Center around 11:30 am, while approximately thirty minutes later it will be the turn of the Elite Women and Masters. At 12:30 pm, the HWC Award Ceremony will celebrate the protagonists of Naturland Andorra 2026 and officially close Round #3 of the HERO UCI Cross-country Marathon World Cup.

The numbers speak for themselves: the start list is exceptionally strong, with no fewer than 100 Elite riders confirmed out of 123 total entries for this third UCI World Cup round. A clear sign of how decisive the Andorra stage has become in shaping the overall standings of the UCI World Cup circuit.
